Delivery times:
If you’ve bought a book, gift or adventure pack through our website, we will aim to deliver all orders to Ireland and the UK within 3-5 working days, and within 10-15 working days for the rest of the world.
NOTE: Free shipping world wide on all orders €30 euro or more.
Delivery charges for Captain Cillian™
Within Ireland:
€3.50 for all orders in Ireland under €9.99.
To the UK:
€6 for all orders to the UK under €9.99.
Rest of the World:
€13 for all orders up to €19.99 for the Rest of the World.
NOTE: Free shipping rest of the world on all orders €30 euro or more.
Returns and Refunds
Captain Cillian™ is happy to exchange or refund your purchase within 14 days of delivery. Unwanted goods must be returned in a fully re-saleable condition and any stickers/ tags must be intact. We reserve the right to refuse an exchange or refund if goods are not returned in a saleable condition or are damaged. This does not affect your statutory rights.
